The tambet Platform and Services are not directed at, and are not intended for use by, any person under the age of 21 years. tambet does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 21. The minimum age of 21 is strictly enforced during account registration in compliance with PAGCOR regulations.
If tambet discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, that account will be immediately suspended, the data will be deleted in accordance with applicable law, and any deposited funds will be returned after investigation. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has registered on the tambet Platform, please contact tambet support immediately.
The tambet Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services – for example, links to game provider information pages or PAGCOR's official website. This Privacy Policy applies only to data processed by tambet. tambet is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites and recommends that you review the privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.
tambet does not receive any personal data about you from third-party websites you visit through links on the tambet Platform, unless you explicitly provide it as part of a tambet process (such as KYC verification through a tambet-contracted identity verification provider).
tambet reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time. When material changes are made, tambet will post the updated Policy on the Platform with a revised effective date and, where practicable, notify registered Users via their registered email address at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the tambet Platform after the effective date of any revised Policy constitutes your acknowledgment of the updated Policy. If you do not agree to the revised Policy, you must cease using the tambet Platform and may request account closure as described in tambet's Terms & Conditions.
